WPL Academy Tryouts: No refunds will be awarded. If a player pulls out after registering, the player will forfeit the entire tryout registration payment.

WPL Academy Program Registration refunds are awarded based on a sliding scale.

Please note all Program Registration refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.   
For U15-U19 Senior Academy players:

• Refunds submitted prior October 1, 2025 may receive up to 50% of total registration fees.
• October 1 to December 31, 2025: May receive up to 25% of the total registration fees due.
• January 1, 2026 or after: No program refunds will be issued after Jan. 1st, 2026.

For U11-U14 Junior Academy / Intermediate Academy players:

• Refunds submitted prior October 31, 2025 may receive up to 50% of total registration fees.
• November 1 to December 31, 2025: May receive up to 25% of the total registration fees due.
• January 1, 2026 or after: No refunds will be issued after January 1st.

WPL Academy Tournament Fees:

Once registering for a WPL Academy travel event, the registration fee is non-refundable; with the exception of player injury.

If unable to attend due to medical injury, the WPL Academy will require a doctor’s note.
Refund Requests due to Medical injury:
• Pulling out of tournament prior to refund deadline: May receive up to 100% of the total tournament fees plus doctor’s note minus $25 administration fee.
• Pulling out of tournament after the refund deadline: May receive 50% of the total tournament fees plus doctor’s note minus $25 administration fee.
